“This second edition of Ige has marked tangible growth, both in terms of attendance and quality ofthe discussion. Among the most significant elements, the high-level institutional presence standsout: in addition to representatives of the Government, Parliament and the main regulatoryauthorities, we had the active participation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty andForestry (Masaf) and the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli, also present with a dedicatedstand in the exhibition area, for the first time in an event of this kind. Another crucial step was thediscussion with Agcom on the guidelines for advertising in the sector, with a view to a possiblereview of the current bans. An important signal towards greater clarity and sustainability of therules. We also proposed and created a unique moment of discussion about the reform of horseracing, bringing institutional representatives and the main players in the supply chain around thesame table”.
Simona Clarizio, Head of the Italian Gaming Expo & Conference, emphasizes:
“This 2025 edition was an edition of great maturity. We wanted to create an open space forstrategic construction, where institutions, operators and innovators could discuss the future of thesector, offering an opportunity for coordinated discussion between politics and industry. Last butnot least, we addressed innovative and decisive subjects for the future of the sector, such as theintegration between gaming and artificial intelligence, with a view to responsible and cleartechnological development. The evaluation can only be a positive one: Ige represents a concreteplatform, where public gaming is not only told, but also designed and built, becoming a must attendevent for those who want to be a protagonist in gaming evolution”.
