28 Nov, Cape Town Recent stats suggest the mammoth iGaming industry in Europe is expected to grow by around 9% per year and reach 41% of total gambling revenue in Europe by 2026, up from 26% in 2019. By the end of 2022, the industry is forecast to grow by 19%, reaching just under USD 100 billion Gross Gaming Revenue. The growth in Europe's online gaming market is expected to continue, having been accelerated by the pandemic which saw a large increase in online entertainment-seeking activity.
